This training session aims to cultivate comprehensive stage technical management personnel and provide comprehensive training in multiple majors such as stage design, lighting, sound, machinery, stage technical management, and stage safety management. This training specially invited Professor Shen Qian, deputy director of the Stage Art Department of Shanghai Theater Academy and deputy director of the Lighting Professional Committee of the China Stage Art Society.
Professor Shen has rich experience and profound attainments in the fields of drama and performing arts. She has been engaged in the teaching, research and application of lighting art for many years. She has participated in the lighting design work of more than a hundred various performances, and his works have won various national and international awards for many times. She has long been paying attention to the development frontiers of the international field of this discipline, and has delivered many keynote speeches at domestic and foreign stage art forums and conferences. She has been invited to participate in professional academic conferences held by international organizations such as OISTAT International Stage Art Organization and USITT American Theater Technology Association.
With the theme of "Contemporary Stage Lighting Development", Professor Shen followed the iterative development trajectory of the conventional lighting technology era, computer lighting technology era, and "digital lighting" technology era to analyze the lighting art functions and artistic expressions in different eras, and proposed Lighting design should pursue the combination of technology, space, form and concept, encourage everyone to try more technical skills, create more meaningful creative forms, and create a new contemporary humanistic space.
In addition to traditional theoretical training, the trainees also visited the FINE ART Chaiyi lighting brand exhibition hall at Chaiyi Intelligent Manufacturing Headquarters, and had close contact with the industry's cutting-edge stage lighting, ground tracking systems, and lighting consoles.
Especially in the lighting studio, the students watched an immersive lighting art show full of science and technology. The quality of Chaiyi stage lamps was far ahead, the mechanical CNC system of the CNC hoist, and the technical team's control of the creative programming of the lamps made the students Amazing.
